Deposit Rate
I am a new member and have joined to improve my knowledge of powder coating and its processes. Can anyone direct me to information on the amount of material that can be deposited per minute? I am a professional estimator for a large company and this form of coating is being specified more. I have been a Process Engineer on airless and electrostatic systems, but have been away from coatings for a few years.
Any help would be appreciated.

You should contact professional manufacturers for conveyor lines.Basicly the more guns you add, the higher the deposition rate.Now if you want to know the rate for manualy operated guns--- that varies from operator to operator.
