I just reread the post again and it showed up on the white prior to second coat? Correct?
If this is the case then its a prep problem.I've had bike necks bleed oil outta the welds after prebaking 3 or 4 times.

I'm not saying its oil but something left on surface prior to coating. I would strip it and start from scratch.

I was kind of leaning towards that myself because most of the marks are lower on the frame and towards the rear of the cart ( by the motor). Would using a primer coat help ? Bummer that I have to strip the whole thing again... Thanks Dale..
BTW I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow night so if you reply to this I will not see it until next weekend when I return...

The primer coat won't help with this problem. It will more than likely bleed through that also. Strip it then prebake for a longer time and then reinspect for residue. You may need to prebake it a few times.Maybe you'll find the source of the problem.

Dale,
Well seems heat is not working or not long enough. 525Degrees 3 hours and all it's done is turn it brown and a few locations a Black and made it hard as nails.. Any ideas? I've placed it back in now and trying another 3 hours or so and see what that does..

Stain and Varnish remover or paint stripper. It'll take it right off or keep baking and try to go higher with temp.

well a Go-cart frame not sure what they call them on their track. I think I have the issue under control now thanks to Dale.. If you are doing a Light Color pre-bake and Pre-bake again and if you think you have it pre-bake again .
Watch for oil marks of any kind!!!! E-mail me if you have any questions.. Just think 45 more carts to go... What did I learn ? PRE-BAKE lol Thanks Dale..
