Hi-Temp - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

ok.....got my hi-temp powder from caswell (btw I was impressed with the speed it got to the west coast in) I read thru the past threads about doing headers...my question is what is the best cooking temp, i read 500f somewhere....I havent messed with this stuff befor and seeings how its sorta spendy want to get it right the first time.

I use a min. of 500F and bake about 10 extra minutes. If they are for me after install, I run the motor in short cycles to season the coating a bit more.
