Default Question

I have just started powder coating and am using Caswell's powder gun and powders. I am dealing with candy colors and the finish is smooth and looks good, however, whenever you rub your fingers across the finish it leaves little scratches like swirl marks on a car. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong.
Thanks.

It was baked for 10 minutes at 400 deg. Exactly like the instructions say on Caswell's lollipop Blue. The parts was bar ends, a kickstand, and a rear grab bar for my motorcycle. Thanks.

Once the part hit 400 deg, I started timing for 10 Min. Then open the oven door all the way and let cool completely before removing.

Well I've shot this color many times and have had no problem, maybe try a little longer. I think I left mine at 400 for about 15 mins..

Just sounds under cured.
