near chrome and super chrome
According to the manufacturer you need to completely cure these before doing a clear or topcoat. This is not normally the rule, but it will provide the high gloss that you are looking for without the dulling effect.

Hey Craige:
If you plan to use the piece you are trying to chrome with mirror silver or super chrome, in the sun, it will need to be clear coated over. If you do apply the clear coat powder, it will dull the shine of the chrome powder. Sorry & Happy New Year Bob www.capecodpowdercoating.com
