cool drew glad it worked for you, I sorta screwed up this weekend and got in a hurry and didnt wipe the part down like I should have and the ospho pooled on the low spot and all that converted rust sorta just reformed on the bottom, no biggie but I had to redo the part, so make sure you wipe the part down befor ya hang it.......

Hey Wayne,

I noticed the ospho wash leaves a fine med. grey powder on the metal.
Can I just powder coat over this or what ? I took a rag to try and wipe it off at first. Boy, was I the stupid one. Left lots of little fuzzies stuck to the metal....

the fuzzies will happen if the surface is still ruff, I normally wipe the part down with a damp cloth..
