Default Candy top coat cracked

Has anyone ever had a candy top coat get a bunch of cracks?I did a atv frame with a chrome base coat and flamboyant blue candy top coat. The whole frame is covered in little cracks.I've heard i might have baked the base coat to long, has anyone else been through this.

Cracking in clearcoat can also come from the coating thickness being WAYYYYYYY to thick. This usually also comes with other defects as well.If you are only seeing cracking and nothing else then I agree with warchild.
