Default Digital Thermometer

Hello All, Could anyone tell me the best place to buy a digital thermometer? Can anybody recommend a good resperator? Thanks for the help. Dee

i got a digital thermo from ekitchengadgets.com (212) 868-5767, I think it was around $20.00 or so...as for respirator I use one I got from Napa that uses charcole filters...not sure of the numbers..

Thanks Blademan, I'll check it out tonight. I would like to buy a good one so if I screw up I'll know it wasn't the part at the wrong tempature. Thanks again for the advice! Dee
