Default my screw up turned out nice

yesterday I coated some parts. I hung them up like I usually do and heated the part up with my propane torch to get rid of any moisture. after that the part was still quite warm so I coated it, everything went on great. I went to disconnect everything and discovered that I never hooked up the ground clamp to the part. The heat itself must have made the powder stick. I put it in the oven and it came out great.

My question is if there was no electricity running threw it will the coating job hold up very well. Thanks

It should. I did that on accident once when I was coating a part. It was candy red and has held up great after about 3 months of use.

Just thought I'd drop in and see how things are going.

Forgeting the ground clip is like forgeting to put the seat down in a house full of women.

You might survive it but you don't want to try to get away with it too often.
