Default Prep Question

OK I have a possiblilty of doing alt housing for a local rebuilder. I have a new housing and man, no wires. plugs, grease, dirt or oil. WTF I have never seen one like that! oh wait I degress. ok Tell me is this is ok. New Virgin Aluminum Housing.

1. Outgas
2. Clean with standard cleaner
3. Out Gas again
4. Plug and MAsk
5. Dust
6. Bake

I want to make sure that I do this one Right, It could be a regular $125-$250 a week

That sounds right, Noob. By the way, I use Purple Power heated to about 130 degrees in my cleaning tank - works great.

that is what I have been doing but since I have been working on my hot rod, it has been over 2 months since I did any PC. wanted to make sure I did not forget. Gawd I need to get back into this. Building my new over this weekend too! Yeah I will be posting Pic's and info.
