Stripper...

OK.. so I bouthe the stripper from Caswell.. and it worked good... but it didnt last long because of mulitple applications...
So i ended up with the Kleen-Strip product.... this stuff works great! it bubbled up and i wiped it off with a paper towel...

the best stripper I've found is called Gasket Stripper! It works to remove PC, paint, the toughest silicons, mother in laws, ect. If this stuff doesn't at least loosen it up it wasn't meant to come off!

Try Aircraft Stripper Try to get the one that is NOT "Low Odor" (works better), but both kinds work well. I buy it in 1 gallon

Aircraft Stripper is the way to go.. very easy to work with for me every time i had to use it.. but i still haven't found out where to get it in gallons..

hey thanks i will look for it next time im there. i never thought about looking for it in walmart.. iv been going to pepboys for the spray cans lol..

Auotbody supply stores carry a paint gun cleaner in 5 gallon cans with a little dip basket that works great.about $100 a can.Drop PC'd part in come back an hour later and the powdercoat just falls off.I'm up to 20 gallons now in my strip tank.Buying a can every couple weeks or so.I want to end up with a tank full big enough to drop a motorcycle frame in.
Can't help it,I'm lazy and hate stripping parts.Especially PC'd parts that haven't turned out right and have to be reshot.
I've tried just about every stripper out there.The Aircraft stripper being about the best for a brush on type.But the dip tank I now have is still way better.

I am sorry i edited this topic. Please support Caswell when it comes to stripper. This is there forum and it is here to help us. The other companies Don't Have a forum to help and offer support to us.
