Guys, there's gotta be a better way to strip powdercoating!

I've searched and have tried them all, and found zip strip to be among the best. My problem is I know there are better ways and I'm thinking that for the time I've spent stripping, it would be worth it.
I have a machine shop down the street from me and he was talking about an acid dip or bath, I forget, but he did say that it might eat away some of the aluminum on rims. Was he correct? I woulda tried it on one of my rims, but I had already stripped them down.
Is there another way?

I dip the parts over night
and it falls right off to bare metal

it was expencive to make but totally worth it.

stripper is the way to go i been getting it in cans .but i just found out you can get gllons .. but jtagger what kind of tub are you using? i could of got a plastic tub but i was thinking it would fall apart after awhile.

the first one I used was plastic and it lasted about 1 hour
it ate the plastic.
maybe a stronger one might have work
but I'm ussing a storage metal bowl I bought at wal mart.

I will give it a try. I think and have an old style round deep wash tub from my local hardware store that will hold anything.
I still wanna know what the professionals use?

I have a ten gallon alum tank with car cleaner in it, after 15 min usually i can take the part out rense it off and peel the old powder coat right off and if its paint it just disolves away..old grease and oil just seem to vanish..

do you think this stuff could be used in a 30 gal blue plastic barrel?

(i tried to send them a email for information on price and such but i recieved a mail failure notice saying theres not a mailbox by that name)..

i would call the company first but from the data sheet it looks like it should work in the plastic.
