Default caswell hobby gun - trigger sticking

Has been doing this since new. Have to sit and work it a bunch of times so it doesnt stick open when I am coating.

Whats the deal?

Make sure you have the right air pressure. Mine did this if I was running to low a pressure even though it fell within limits.

Why did you say that? I just gave him a link to another thread where a bunch of you were already discussing this very problem and how to fix it, with pictures of the insides of the valve, and suggestions on fixing the sticking problem. There was a lot of info there.

That link worked before, but it doesn't now. The thread seems to be gone. Did you delete it?
