Default Glow in the Dark Additive Help HELP!!!

Can I coat something in Gloss Black...then go over with the glow in the dark added to gloss clear?

Or..if I polish a stainless steel item and coat it with the glow added to gloss clear...will it still look glossy..or will it dull it down? give it a green hue??

Also, what is the best way to mix the additive with the powder....add it and shake the dog **** out of it??

thanks
jason

I used an empty 1 gallon ice cream container, put my clear coat in, then the holographic pigment, then used an electric kichen mixer (bought from the trift store Can$ 5.00) and mixed for about 5-8 minutes
Hope this helps

glow over black won't glow as good , it will glow but not as good as light colors
I have use it over red and blue and it still works nice.
ussing it over polish aluminum works, it will dull the finish a little but works nice.

I buy the glow additive and mix it with 1-1/2 Lb of clear powder
just add it and shake it.

BTW charge the powder and coat at a low light so you can see what you are doing and get an even coating , the biggest problem I've had with glow in the dark clear is that if you don't get a perfect even coat it will glow more in some spots .
