Oven not getting hot at times!!!

Well some of the coating im using needs to be higher than others.
Here is whats going on.I use a stand up overn and its the kind a cheff would us to cook big platters.I use propane to heat it up and at times the flame would be nice and hot.It will get over 500deg with ease and when it sets for a while i get ready for more stuff to cook and it will only get 350 to 420 slow.
The flame looks smaller and no orange tint to the flame just blue.And the reg is new and burners.?
The flame was orange and blue getting hot fast.Than an hour later it low and blue.WTF
Any one els have these problems?

when using propane its most likely the bottle freezing. propane in the bottle is liquid but comes out as a gas. if you are using the gas quickly it cools the bottle and then will get a freeze line at the liquid level. if you are going to use the same bottle for extended periods get a trashcan and put the propane bottle in it, then put warm water in the can around the bottle, do not cover the bottle, just up to the top of the tank do not cover the valve. i have had the same problems with my propane using it for a blast heater in the winter to heat the garage. the heater really eats up the gas so it will run on high for about 3-5 min. then start to drop off and will start to spit. if yours gets to this point shut it down (and warm the bottle up to create more gas vapor pressure), as it is not burning clean enough and will produce more monoxides than normal.once the bottle is warm you can return to curing. best of luck bro. and hope this helps.
