Can't upload pictures?

Anybody else tried lately?
I have been trying since yesterday. Everytine I press the upload button it just goes to a blank page. NMone of the pictures get uploaded.

I've been having the same problem for about 1 week now. I've been trying to edit a photo, upload a different pic & the screen stays blank too. Caswell?

Can you email us the photo and where you want it to go and I'll login as you and try to figure out what the problem is.

I take that back, i get this error now when I go to process my page of pics:
Warning: [server info]

I did contact customer support, and pointed them to this thread, hence as to why i am replying here. Thanks!

that is actually the message I receive when it IS working!!

Now when I hit the process button, I get a blank page. And the pics don't upload.

I get that same message every time I upload a pic. But by waiting 5-15 seconds, the message eventually goes away, and my photos DO get uploaded.

A bizarre glitch.

If anyone gets these errors, please e-mail us using the Customer Service link at http://support.caswellplating.com. Please attach your image to the e-mail so I can try to duplicate the problem.

This is new software to us, so there are still a few configuration bugs to work out.
