Well since thatis mine and Caswell placed there copyright on it with out asking I used a chrome ( super Chrome ) base.. Caswell please place my © on that image that you. Should be © JR Shuster...

You are welcome to watermark any images you post in our forum with your information, but any images posted in our forum become our property, and this is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions.

According to © law you can use the image withthe permission of the owner you can not own the said image unless you pay for the image. Since you do not own the Negitive or have a contract with me ( J.R. Shuster ) DBA BIPhoto Studio you do not have my permission to use said image with out my ©. Since all of my images are mine and I have gien you right to use them then credit goes to me Not CasWell.. Read Copywrite laws. I deal with them everyday I shoot a wedding or Family.. So does that mean if you have an image shot by say a Studio at Walmart and pay for the Proofs that you can take said image and Scan it and make all teh Images you like? No you do not own the image. That is why a Photo Studio can show said work with out your permission.. They own the image...

Just a little fyi...
Now please place my ©2005 JR Shuster on image or at least remove yours and give me credit for image or delete it from the image bank..

If I change it so it's listed as posted by you, would this satisfy you?

I think we should take this discussion to PM or e-mail, as it has very little to do with Metal Finishing.
