V-Max Aluminum Side Covers
Tried powder coating some thin aluminum side covers for a friend.Out gassed covers but could not maintain heat till powder was shot thus out gassing occured while curing powder.Any help would be appreciated.

What temp did you outgas at? How Long? What color? what temp and how long did you cure at?
