Professional PC System
Is anyone else using the professional pc system that Caswell offers? If so, how do you like it? Is it working properly for you? We can't seem to get ours dialed in right. We have done everything the manual has said to do (which isn't much by the way). We've experimented with the fluidizing, conveying, and dosing air, but still can't quite get it tuned in. We seem to have alot of wasted powder on the floor. Is this common?

best bet is to contact the tech support, talk to lance or mike if possible they should be able to answer you questions if not they can get the right answers from the manufacture.

I agree with pickle.. just curious though, what kind of pressures are you running? Fluidized, conveying and dilution? Did the convening hose come with the unit, what is the ID of the hose?
