Default Differences in Candy colors?

Hello,
Whats the difference between the lollipop red and the transparent red candy powder? I couldn't find a picture of both them with the same base coat. Are they pretty much the same? if not, whats the difference?
Thanks

i've never used JB Weld before, once you put it on and let it dry can you sand it? or do you have to put it on and while wet get it the way you want it?

you can cure it by placing it on the oven for 10-15 minutes at 350
you can sand it down after cured.
