doing candy red over chrome powder, can you see reflections in the piece coated? I could see in the picture above that was done over real chrome you can, but can you over the powder chrome?

Ive been coating since 2000. Never had a problem yet.(knock on wood)
Ive done em for local harley shops,etc..

thanks for the picture, that exactly what i wanted to see. Thats definitely the color i'm going to have someone put on my intake.

Was this your first time powder coating? Was it hard to get the same color and consistancy on all the parts ? I have a 80 fx to do with about 30 parts and some of them are next to eaxh other.

No not my 1st parts. Ive been coating since '99

Just take your time. Shoot a few practice pieces 1st.
