Default Improve the flow of the hobby gun...

Has anyone attempt to improve the flow of the hobby gun? I have problems with "hard to reach" areas such as complexed wheels and similar. Always tend to get thicker on some areas than other and its visible on the end result. I have played with the different nozzles but still not the flow i would like. So, anyone done any further tricks to the gun?

I made 4 1/8 holes to the small plastic tip
it works better for deep areas

I've had the best luck without a tip. Spray in a lot of tight corners without a problem.

I have a attachment a guy made and sold them on ebay. It works real well. I will see if I have a pic of it.

I read in a diffrent thread about removing the tip, i tried it and it worked great. I did notice a diffrence in the amount of material flowing and the tighter pattern. I had to move farther away from the part and move the gun a bit more quickly around the part due to the increase amount of material.
But i think i will try the holes in the tip too, wont hurt to try.

36" from the part? I would guess you mean 3-6 inches....
