Default bondo

I am new to the powder coating process and wat to know if I can coat over bondoed areas. and if not what will I have to use. Thanks for any info

No, bondo will not withstand the curing temp. Others may be by later to help out but I've read that lab metal works great but can be alittle hard to sand(although I have not tried it myself).

lab metal is a good choice. so is metal to metal filler by evercoat. also in a pinch you can use jb weld original formula, not the jb quick set. sanding is a pain but worth it in the end.

Its not bad to sand at all. Pretty easy actually.
