Default Low temp powders?

Can any one tell me where to get small amounts like 1-5 lb of low temp. I am trying to find powders that cure around or under 300f. Sherwin Williams has custom made powder for plastics but it only comes in 50lb. I am going to try and coat the plastic with a material to make it conductive. Or can someone tell me where to find uv cure powder and if it would be better. Thanks for any help.

if you coat the plastic with a conductive paint it will crack at cure temps
I have been able to coat plastic at 50Kv
problem is plastic melts at cure temps

I was going to coat the plastic with copper powder do you think that will crack? If it is calling for 10 min@400 I guess it will not work to put it at lower temp for longer time.
