Powder over chipped chrome.
I shot powder over chipped chrome. I sanded everthing smooth to the touch and used a metal prep. After I cured it out I ended up with a bunch of small bubbles. The finish came out well other than that. Could I have not outgased long enough? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I had to put $$ on it
You might have actually bubbles the copper/nickle plating under the chorme. Ive been there done that a few times. Just a old sh!ttly chrome job. Ive coated brand new chrome with no problems. So seein as yours was already chipped tells me the chrome wasnt that good to begin with.
