All are very good points to the waxing issue. One thing that has not been brought up is that most wax will melt in the 350 to 380 degree temp range. And, once that starts to melt, it's going to cause some major problems for the flow-out of the powder.

sheffd, I think you're right, the wax will end up ruining the areas you want coated. I was thinking of just using a small amount of automotive wax but i still think it would cause problems after thinking about it.
