the process should be the same as aluminum cast wheels. be careful of the temp though it could make the wheels softer than they already are. also use a long outgass cycle.
Does anyone know of any problems powder coating magnesium wheels?
And is the process the same. And on another note does anybody know when Caswell's new pc gun is going to be ready?

when in doubt polish it out/ why replace it when you can refinish it

The wonderful thing about forums such as this one, is that you can do a search for topics previously covered. The harsh reality is that quite often, people stop coming to forums. So your new post may go unanswered if no one with experience is still around. That's one of the many reasons why it's good to search first.
