Is ceramic coating conductive or non-conductive??

Depends on the coating, cermakrome like coatings are conductive, not the others...

not looking for a chrome finu\ish.. just black possibly...
Here is my issue and why i posted the question..
My oven has a steel bar that slides out of it that the parts hang on... the bar slides onto a steel frame, thats where i spray the parts.
I need to insulate the bar from the frame.. or at least insulate the tabs that i hang parts from. so that i'm not trying to charge the whole frame... just the part..
i thought of the ceramic.. it will stand up to the hi tems and i was hoping non-conductive.

and why not HIGH temp powder ??
it's non conductive and it holds up to 1000 deg.
