Default orange peel

I am trying to powdercoat a fan blade that is pitted real bad, I used metal to metal to fill the pitts but it orange peel every time. I have cleaned it with thinner, gased out in the oven 350 for 30 min. I have used metal to metal before but not over the whole part. The blade was also sand blasted, anybody have any suggestions, thanks.

you need to out gas at a higger temp than you cure time ,350 is too low
but that won't give you orange peel
most times orange peel is because of over building ( you are coating too thick) it can also be caused by the gun too close to the part wich also leeds to over building
also can be caused if you coat the part at a high temp (over 200 degress)wich also leed to over build.
I'm no expert these are just my findings .
