Default Dust finish

Just curious if it's possible to get a dust finish with powder coat? The reason I ask is I've been playing paintball for a couple years now, and my wife recently got into it. Only problem is there aren't a lot of PINK paintball items out there, so I was going to do it myself, but I don't want the glossy finish. Caswells bubble gum or flourescent pink are REAL close to the color of her paintball gun, and I was going to paint her barrel to match. Would the gloss killer work? I also experimented with lightly sandblasting a part after powder coating, which worked fairly well, but might take practice making it uniform. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it will get my wife off my back, lol.

Thanks

I would try the gloss killer. I have some here, but havn't tried it yed due to a lack of a digital scale to measure it out with.

I have been playing paintball for 9 nine years and will continue
you will never achive the anodizing dust finish with powder coat
I have been trying this for a very long time
the closest you will get is ussing bubble gum powder and a satin clear over it
gloss killer will not work how you want it

I have also tried ussing texture powder but it ends in a very rough sand like finish , not as somoth as a dust finish

have you tried blasting at 10-15 PSI with glass beads

Digital scale? Um.. you dont have to be that accurate with it.

The gloss killer will do exactly what you want.
