You might need a little more pressure? Try increasing to 12-15PSI, see how it does. Also, the powder should be shook for a while before putting into the gun cup. It has a tendancy to 'pack' and won't fluidize correctly. Other than that, hold gun pretty much level. buildup inside the gun is inevitable because it's a large discharge tube and low pressure. Hollding the gun level will help avoid accidents. As far as the voltaje and not sticking, I am not sure. Mine sticks like crazy even ay 30KV setting. Are you sure it's working? Do you get an arc when you touch the electrode of the gun to the ground clip?
