Default Help, I'm doing spmething wrong

I have tried everthing I can think of. I can not get a consistance "cloud" of powder out of the gun. It is fine for a while but the barrel seems to fill up. When I point the gun down with no air a sugnifficant amount of power falls out of the gun. I can not seem to adjust the amount of air to powder ratio??

1 inch to 1-1 /2 inch of powder in the cup
20 PSI input so that when you pull the trigger it stays at around 15
and play around with the screw under the barrel
this are the setting for my hobby gun.
hope it helps

I have the pressure at the compressor set at 30 PSI. I have a mini regulator at the gun set at 20 PSI I have used setings on the adjustment at the inlet from almost all the way in to almost falling out. The screw under the barrle seems to make no difference if screwed al the way in to almost all the way out. I have fluffed the powder (shaken the cup before installing on the gun). There is a dehumidifier running. Powder is new. ??

Am I expecting to much for this gun? I have done a fair amount of spray painting. I know how to allpy an even coat, I just cannot get consistance out of the gun.

It may or may not be the case, but as stated above I find that the powder level in the gun makes more difference than anything else for me. I try to keep it between 1 and 1 1/2", too. Too little in the gun it won't come out unless you shake it, too much and it sporatically coughs big amounts of powder.
