Thanks man! I got alot of pics up on my new site you guys can check out as well. Just requires masking off and tracing around...well...ya gotta have the bake times down pat too for a 3 stage job! I tried to bump it up to 4 on an old valve cover....but the end result with gloss clear coat looked like someone threw sand on it! So I am sold on the 3 stage is as far as I can go with it. I have learned things here and there from you guys as well....I lurk alot of posts usually and noting mentally what is said! To me, this is the best site for at home powder coaters who are wanting to start off at the bottom. However, I did powder coat in FL with a $40,000 line....it was a batch system but I was spraying 1 color on screen door aluminum materials and that was easy. I wanted to bump it up a notch and test out some of the unknown areas...
