Exclamation caswells Black chrome Question ??

Im doing a sportbike frame in Caswells black chrome. I used Extreme chrome for the base color and sprayed the black chrome with what i thought was a pretty heavy coat , but after baking it has kinda of a greenish splotchey color finish. This is first time i have sprayed this color. any ideas ? i know its a transparent color and ive done every other trans/candy color but never had one come out looking like i didnt spray it on thick enuff to cover ?

anyone who has used this please chime in..

thanks , TIM

Never used Caswells Black Chrome but a couple thoughts. Did you clean the gun well before shooting the candy and possibly some junk (moisture) in the air supply.

I've had that same problem with liquid smoke. I coated and let it flow out. Then checked and saw that it looked thin, so I let it cool to just below 200* and recoated.
