Ok,

The came out REALLY BAD.

I coated them again. They did cover a little more but not well. The poater is now so thick that it ran/flowed to the lower side when hanging in the oven.

I am rally glad I did not try this on the part first.

Suggestions??

Whats the trick then? I am goign to be powder coating a valve cover this candy gold color and am concerned its difficult to do.

I did not solve the problem. I purchased a solid metalic color from Prismatic Powers and that work great.
