that would be a very interesting project but I don't see why..
I mean they are basically the same guns , you will not see any changes by changing the guns
and if you need multiple guns for multiple colors , why not have more cups ?
and if you need a $500 adapter you might be better off just buying another caswell adjustable gun.just my $0.02

Yes, there is a little difference in the way the guns spray, but that is not the point. Color changes and cleaning are the reason. Have you ever tried to do 4 colors on one batch? Spend most of the time cleaning and blowing the gun out. It becomes a real PITA if you are wanting to spray clear, or lolly colors over chrome, after only a 10 min bake cycle on the chrome. Not enough time to completely clean gun, refilll and watch the oven at the same time. It can be done, I know, just a PAIN. 98% of my work is candy's, or metalics with a clearcoat. I will do 8-10 color changed in 1 day of spraying. That takes alot of time when you add it up.

This subject has come up several times. There is no way to modify the unit to change guns over. There are no plugs available that are safe enough to make this adaptation. We have tried on numerous occasions to get our suppliers to make a gun that isn't hard wired to the power supply. They flatly refuse because of the high voltage.

Don't do it. You could easily turn the unit into a meat toaster.
