Question small corners

anybody have any tip on getting the powder into small corners and crevices
ive been doing carb parts and those small corners are hard to get into
also i have a chicago elect. gun and sometimes if i tilt it foward a pile of powder falls out maybe its the gun or me?

Did you remove the deflector yet.

I removed mine to get into tight places and never put it back on.

thanks I will try removing the deflector
now if i can figure why powder dumps out tilting it forward after pausing on spraying

It clumps because the gun barrel is such a large diameter, the velocity of the powder slows and some comes out of the dust cloud. It's a trait of the gun. I try to remember that it will clump, and never point the gun down or hold over the work when spraying. I also dump the barrel occasionally inot a dish, so I can reclaim that powder without it falling on the floor
