What is the best coating for the inside of an exhaust manifold?

I'm leaning towards TechLine products for the outside of my exhaust manifold but I was wondering if there is anything else that is better for the inside of the exhaust manifold. Thanks in advance.

there are a couple coatings for the ID of headers and manifolds but
I use techlines blacksatin or turbo x and they have never failed me .
I have used others but they crack and peel off

Great, I was thinking about using TurboX for the outside of the mani, and you say you can use it on the inside as well?

I built my own ID spray setup using a fine mist spray nozzle, tubing and a brake cylinder hone, with small plastic wheels. It works great but the nozzles are very expensive.
