Well , i picked up a empty steel 55-gal drum & started filling it 5-gallons at a time with paint gun cleaner AKA "Naked gun cleaner". The stuff rocks !!! will strip down a powdercoated wheel to bare aluminum in about 20-30 minutes.

One suggestion , use a good mask and good gloves when using it. Very bad for you..lol

I usually used the "aircraft" stripper, works good but the gun claener cut down on my stripping labor time by 75% !!

    thanks , TIM

    Mike,
You may want to look at the Citrastrip that was discussed in a thread not to long ago.. suppose to work pretty well and you shouldn't have a problem disposing of the old stuff like you would with a solvent based stripper.

I used to know a chick that worked there actually back when we were still in high school!

Anyway, back to the subject at hand....I was told about this stuff at Home Depot that is affordable and works really well. It's supposedly the only stripper in a spray bottle that they have. I'll work on getting a name for you as I want to get some myself.
