I am looking for a solution to bubbles that are forming in a new powder we are using. The steel has been cleaned with Xylene, then pressure washed with iron phosphate. We have used other metallic silvers that are similar and do not get the same results. They are not craters or fisheyes, but bubbles that can broken once it has cooled. The bubbles do not occur everywhere, but do occur somewhere on every piece larger than 2'. There were no bubbles when we do sample chips. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
