Default Illusion Lapis powder

I ordered some Illusion Lapis from Caswell the other day. The powder looks clear. Should it have some sort of tint to it? I haven't tried to coat with it yet.

it is a clear
you apply it over any color (dark colors work best )
I clear over it but some people don't
it's your choice.

Thumbs up Re: Illusion Lapis powder

Thanks for such a quick reply. I was worried that it might be misboxed. Off to coat with some Lapis!!!

You'll love the effect you get. I am about to put some over a harley frame I am powdering Flaming Blue Candy then clearing. I clear like jtagger19, it gives additional depth to the piece.
