50kv not working

hey guys my 50kv gun is not working, i think it might be the ground. is their a way to test it? the powder will come out of the gun good it just will not stick to the parts is their anyway to fix this ?

also i just got this gun 2 months ago and used it when i firs got it to see if it was going to work, now it does not.
i dont know that to do i get the gun and when i get it have to work on it "sticky trigger" and other small stuff, I just like when i pay for something, i like it to work, i am not happy with this system so far, i am not saying its a bad system i just want it to work right, i could have spent lass on a hot coat and have it work, lol

I'm sure you'll run into small problems with just about anything... Did you happen to talk to Caswell about this?
If the powder doesn't stick it does sound like a ground.. do the LEDS light up when you hit the pedal? Does it arc to the ground cable?

yep i just talked to caswell and i must say that their customer service is the best i have ever delt with... in any market, i do understand that you will have litle things with anything. i just had a lond day, should have cooled down b4 i posted.

now if cawells would teach the other people i deal with some customer service
