when you do fades maKe sure both powders are of the same type (compatible)
if they are not you will not have a good result (fish eyes .rough finish or lots of orange peel)

Did u make that 1 urself ?
As in the pick u showed as an example ?.
Looks pritty good.

different ways of doing fades but here is how i do mine
valve cover example
hang the cover , lower pressure in gun to imit the size of powder cloud
start powdering red from the top going down to 1 inch past the middle of the cover then clean the gun and reload with purple , start powderring from bottom
going up til 1inch past the middle to overlap on the red put in oven and cure.
once it is cured you can put an extra coat of clear on top if you want more shine to it

this looks more complex but can be done
might not be able to do all in one shot. might have to do the a base color then cure then the other colors and fade then cure again.

I tried it and failed using the same technique baz used. I'll have to try better next time. I couldn't get the powder to stick on the 2nd and 3rd coats.


I'll strip and try again. It was my first attempt.
