Basically, if you look at what Harbor Freight gets for the big Pot Blaster ($199.00), you can build your own for a lot less money AND it will be made in the good ole USA.

This system was well thought out and has been tried and is true...
I don't put out information if it isn't any good or tried by me.
That's all there is to it and I see I have backers.

What's $9.99 amount to now days anyway. 3 gal of gas, a couple packs of smokes, a few long necks ?
Well I sent him the paypal for the $9.99....and from the posts I have read here are backing it up pretty good. So we'll see....thanks for the lead though!

If your a DIY'er you will not regret it. I picked up all the metal the tank and an old set of hand trucks from a local scrap yard for scrap price. Bought all the needed plumbing supplies at HD. The main part is don't skimp on the regulator get one that is rated for lower pressures so you can dial in in correctly. There is also a great forum to boot with a lot of ideas.

Yeh I read alot of what was on the group...there was no plans emailed to me but it was emailed once i clicked on certain links. So in essence...it is emailed to me but by my means. I noticed one was made of a 5" PVC pipe...would that be cool to hold pressure? I have worked with plumbing before...but not sure if it would handle over 100psi. It should...but I wouldn't trust it! I know they have a PSI rating on them...and it may be true...but I'm leery about it. But the ideas that I have saw just in the little time I visited have become knowledge that I didn't think to experiment with! Now I gotta start gathering my stuff cheaply..

The tanks are only pressurized to 10-25 psi. The PA stands for "pressure assisted". These are much safer to operate than conventional pot blasters. I have considered building 3 or 4 of these pvc setups and putting different media in each with switching valves to change between medias. Just dump whats in the cabinet and switch to the next media.

Ohhhh....so this actually helps blast more off at a lower PSI? Or about the same? Regardless its at a lower psi than now and burning up tips all of the time.

The high pressure is applied only at the gun. If you did not get the full plans email Rob so he can get them out to you. This setup utilizes the existing siphon gun but the tank is low pressure to keep the media flowing to the gun.

Ya know, I have the plans and just haven't gotten around to starting yet. I do check the forum occasionally and yet to introduce myself.

Soon, very soon.

I tried the PA blaster, didn't seem to work that well, but then again, I think I had a regulator problem. I am going to re-try it again, I think
