I am planing on buying pc gun but my big compressor make alot moisture . Would it be a wise to buy a small one gal. compresor for the pc gun? would the hobby gun be able to do a harly frame, truck bumpers or would the new 50kv gun work beter. it would be for my own home use.

Sounds like you need to deal with he issue of water from your big compressor. If you are getting too much water, it will damage your air tools, and give you headaches when you are painting.
Sounds like you need to plumb a system into your compressor that will allow the air to move away from the hot compressor. I plumbed mine out of copper, but there are also steel and plastic systems out there that work fine. If you do a search on the internet, there are several sites that will show you how to properly plumb your drops. You then need a good quality water separator installed at the end. My recollection is that you need to have you drop at least 20 feet away from the compressor to minimize water. |
