it can be done very easily. just make sure to clean the calipers very good. if they have any oil, brake fluid or rust on them it will bubble the powder. if u are doing them for ppl, i always run the idea from them to look at buying new ones from an auto parts store. they are fairly cheap and they are clean and ready to go after a wipedown. here is a set i played with the idea of lettering on them.

What i was concerned about was the rubber seals on the calipers,, So the rubber seal will hold up

No, all seals and fittings need to be taken out. Competely disasembled. Everything you coat should be disassembled

They say you can tape off the piston seals and plug the holes and you're good to go. Calipers are made to take a LOT of heat and most of them have high temp seals, like Viton or similar.

I've done a lot of them and just made very sure to tape off around the piston and plug up really good. So far they've all been working.

you're correct in that respect but I go the route of complete dis-assmebly. if you leave the seals in there is always the chance of trapped fluid behind the seals working it's way out in the oven.

Yeah, I had that happen on a set of calipers I was goofing around with. Brake fluid burns good in the bottom of an oven.
