Still Looking for a cobalt blue - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

I have been looking for a powder to match Harley D. cobalt blue. I have talked to many reps, looked at everyone's colors, just don't see a match.
Anyone have a powder that you know is a good match

I did some parts for a HD street glide in cobalt blue and the closest i got was with lollypop blue over a silver metallic base
it was a very very close match

columbia coatings has a cobalt blue but they dont make it and i cant figure out where they get it from.

best bet is to buy a touch up bottle from hd and send it to prismatic powders(nic ind.)or spray lat and have it made
