Default How much should I charge?

"few small peices off of my quad to coat them in black. im wanting my front A-arms and a couple of other really small bits done. the a-arms are the biggest part. they are about 10 inches long and about 8 inches wide by 1 inch thick. they are just steel tubing welded into triangle shapes. its the front suspension from a honda 400ex if you want to google some images of it. i can even sand blast them at work before sendign them to you to save you some time/effort. the other bits are small things like brake/clutch lever, brake fluid caps ect ect. gloss black would be what im looking for. i can have them all prepped so that you only have to wipe them down and coat them."

Thanks!

carefull with the A arms if they have balljoints like the banshee A arms.
I had an A arm ball joint exploded in my oven outgassing at 450 .
it was a huge explotion and the ball joint stabed my oven wall.
i don't even want to think what can happend if it explodes getting it out of the oven.
also some kind of plastic comes off from inside of the balljoint and they last about 1 year .

I wish this forum had rep points because I would give em all to you!

Thank you for the heads up on the A-Arms.

Crazy that the ball joint exploded, i would hope you got a pic of that!!

I also need to learn about what I can put in the oven and what i cant. I didnt know that you could put ball joints in, now i know you can!

Sounds like the same thing when removing factory U-joints. They are sealed in with a Plastic. You heat them with a torch, the plastic starts oozing out, and if you can heat them fast enough, Bang, the U-joint cap pops right out. Well, Fly's out LMAO
