Default An idea for second coats.

I have a hard time doing 2 coats because I can't really see the powder for the second coat going on. I was thinking of maybe trying a base coat of a diffrent color first to see if that helps. Perhaps a white base coat for a final black.

What do you guys/gals think? Has anyone tried it?

When you say "primer" are you implying that you sand it between coats to fill in imperfections?

no i don't sand it between colors. just play around with it, you'll see it works quite well.

Do you fully cure the base?

no I don't. i let the base flow out and cure for just a few minutes then pull it out & shoot the top coat, then fully cure.
