Ya, Hot and you might need to lay the sprocket Flat, Candies have a nasty tendency to sag. I allways try to orient my parts to account fro possible sag. Nothin sux worse than havin it dark on bottom cause it sagged

yup-try to hit 'em hot & thin. as Bandit said candies tend to sag, however not as much if sprayed over base coats.

Try to get as even coverage as possible and bring the part up to temperature slowly. Looks like the areas that got the hottest quickest are very light, usually it's the other way around.
Just a suggestion

Thanks for the tips so far, so continue at 160 deg shooting.

and do a horizontal hang instead of the perpindicular hanging I did.

Can I spray perp and then shift it to horiz. to bake?

and should I do think coats and try to bake twice?

question.

everyone is saying to turn the KV down for the second coat.

Why is that? I thought the higher the stickier so the easier it would adhere to the part?

I have noticed that with higher voltage on second coats it doesnt want to cover evenly. Not sure why, but it does.
